When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's cm999 balance. If a voided selection was part of an accumulator, that leg is removed and the accumulator settles on the remaining valid selections.
All bet settlements on cm999 are based on official results from the relevant governing body or recognised data provider. In the event of a dispute, a player must submit a formal complaint within 7 days of the disputed settlement. After 7 days, all settled bets are considered final. cm999's decision on settlement disputes is final and binding.

If cm999 posts odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, a strong favourite priced at 100:1 due to a technical fault — we reserve the right to void bets placed at those odds regardless of whether the bet has already settled. Players are advised to contact support if they believe an odds error may have occurred before placing bets.
